Recollection' is the fruit of collaboration between two Jerusalem musicians - Ashot Sahakian, Armenian-born duduk (folk oboe) virtuoso, and guitarist Dima Oradovsky. Together they make beautiful romantic music creating a bewitching chamber atmosphere. The music is strongly inspired by a unique blend of traditions, languages and colors which one can find in Jerusalem and based on different folk sources - Armenian, Jewish, Greek. The CD includes 12 instrumental tracks featuring duets of duduk and guitar enriched with piano and Armenian wooden flutes.
