Rick Adams is a longtime resident of Louisiana and active in the Americana and folk scenes. He is a frequent performer at local venues across the state, including the Blue Dog Cafe in Lafayette, Spirits, Finnegan's Wake, Suburban Gardens, and various music festivals. He is a founding member of the folk/Americana band Reverend Charley's Patent Medicine Show and is also one half of the duo Tuning South. "No Cover At the Door" is a solo project of Rick's original tunes, but takes advantage of the talents of musician friends in Austin as well as in Louisiana.
