Mitchell Gaynor, M.D. is a board certified oncologist. He is the founder and president of Gaynor Integrative Oncology in Manhattan. This CD reflects the relationship of wellness to sound and brainwave entrainment. The last 15 years of neuropsychiatric research using brain imaging studies such as MRI and PET scans, has demonstrated the power of musical tones to alter one's brain wave frequency. Dr. Mitchell Gaynor has been a pioneer in the use of quartz crystal bowls to create distinct, natural acoustic tones of different frequencies called Crystal Sonic (TM) Music. These tones apparently alter the brain's wave frequency and ultimately the listener's state of mind.
