Hindustani Slide: Indian Classical Guitar

North India's classical music, called Hindustani, has one of the worlds richest traditions. It's highly developed system of melody and rythm provides a frame work for breath taking improvisatory flights in the hands of masters like Ravi Shankar and Ali Akbar Khan. Now Debashish Bhattacharya, now one of India's top concert guitarists, presents his version of this style of music on his "Indianized' guitar.
