In the studio for over a year and a half, LOGIKRHYMEREZON is the product of collaborations between Philly producer/beatmaker, Ashura, and lyricists from all corners and styles of the game. Each track was constructed from scratch, without use of the typical sounds and loops common to the game. The CD is the birth and debut of a different style of hip-hop instrumentation, a hybrid of darker, old skool flows and newer experimentations. The production comes as a cross between the inventiveness and dynamics of Outkast, the gritty lyrics of Wu-tang, Nas and Mobb Deep, the melodic somber moods of eastern/new age music, and the thump, bump, kick & grind of this year... Every song reflects a different mood and influence, cutting across genres outside of the usual, but still holds it's ground to the street. Even with each single track being unique in style, theme, and method, the album pulls them all together into one complete saga. *All songs on this album were created as original compositions by Ashok M. Kailath and performed using live instrumentation, without the use of samples or other pre-recorded music.
