The album is recorded by Alouise together with her band in Soundscape Studio in Copenhagen. All songs are written by Alouise and for the first time she releases songs written in her mother tong. The lyrical themes of this album vary from spring-joy to eating-disorders, from new found love to old age at a retirement home. Alouise is sincere and direct in her songwriting both when she writes in Danish and in English.
