Initially the band consisted of two members, Chase and Jon. They set out on a mission to put together a band with a unique sound. The first addition to the duo was Colter Boatwright. The bass style he brought to the band, took it to a new level. They began writing and developing a certain sound. Finally, in April 2005, Cordell joined the band. He turned out to be the type of vocalist the were looking for. Together, they have created a sound that is indeed unique and continuesly developing into their own style. Adam to Ashes is a band that is seeking longevity in the music business. The music that they create will hopefuly be absorbed by those that can relate to the lyrics they write. It's all about life and how we as individuals cope with this world.
